The 2019 Dallas ISD New Teacher Academy will be held August 1, 2019 and August 5-7, 2019, and is required forall teachers, media specialists, and instructional coaches new to the district. This is your opportunity to engage in research-based professional development opportunities designed to enhance your professional growth and maximize your effectiveness as you start in your new role with Dallas ISD. The professional development hours gained at The New Teacher Academy can be used to satisfy district and state professional learning requirements.
